New guttering

We live in a small semi (the same size a typical terraced) and the guttering needs replacing.
This is what we have been quoted
Erecting ladders for a safe working access to the side gutter levels from front stopend to rear rainwater outlet.

Taking down the existing guttering to the main elevations of the property.

Fitting new top quality maintenance free heavy duty 41/2” uPVC plastic gutter, BLACK will be fitted unless otherwise instructed, all brackets to be screwed and not nailed.

Manufacturers recommend 39" (1m) spacing between brackets but we fit ours at approximately 30” (0.76m) for extra support to your guttering, fitted using string lines and spirit levels, then water testing to ensure the correct flow.

Clearing away any debris accumulated whilst the work is being carried out to leave site as found.

Cost £ 420.00 + vat @ 20%

All materials to be supplied by All Roofing & Guttering unless otherwise stated.

Does this sound fair?

Just takes two men on a ladder one day to finish, plus materials. For London, prices should be around £250-300 IMO.
