Homeserve not offering a service or discounts during lockdown
We have had a fault with our dishwasher which started day 1 of lock down. Homeserve have refused to visit (fair enough), refused to offer a refund or discount (even though they can not offer a service) and also refused to give us the 10-20% off a new dishwasher. Has anyone had any success with getting refunds / discounts…

No claims discount - is it worth it
How is this possible. You take out protected no claims on your house insurance. When you have to make a claim and then when your policy renewal comes through, they put the insurance premium up by 75% because "making a claim affects your protected no claims discount" . Why??? And of course if I go to another company now…

Home insurance - No Claims Discount after moving house
If you've lived in a house for 20+ yrs, then move house, when insuring the new house does previous NCD count or is it irrelevant because you're now starting a policy on a new property? Just to make it even more complicated, what if you haven't sold the previous property yet so basically its insurance is still based on…
