3 bulb light - is it sod's law that only 2 ever work?
Light fixing in front room has 3 x 40w bulbs. Why is it impossible to have all 3 bulbs active, as soon as one is changed another one blows? Electrics all checked and tickety boo.

Hi.We are looking at re doing our kitchen. One plan includes having the hob adjacent to the cooker switch for wiring reasons but the built in oven on the other side of the kitchen. Water lukewarm in all taps
The hot water in all taps and the shower is no warmer than lukewarm even when the radiators are off. The water in the radiators is piping hot. What could be the solution to hot water being hot?
