Masonry paint on wood?
Hi there I am planning in the short term to save money by painting the stairs in my new house instead of putting down floorcovering. The bottom landing is concrete, and I am going to paint that with Sandtex masonry paint. I have gloss paint that I could do the stairs with, but it takes 4x as long to dry and I quite like…

We are thinking of getting some sort of reflective glass fitted to two of our conservatory doors to stop our neighbours looking in from the flat above. Planning permission for tiling external wall?
My neighbour is building a rear conservatory with a 2m high and 3.6m long wall along the boundary with my back garden. Party Wall above roof
Can anyone tell me who owns the wall of a roof. My roof is taller than my neighbours and the rendering is falling off on the exposed bit from his roof to the top of my roof.
