Fridge Freezer Probs

Hi, I have a fridge freezer and excessive water is literally pouring from the top freezer compartment into the fridge.

Vents in freezer section not blocked(plenty of air circulation), and though door has alot of weight on inside shelves I have adjusted the front feet to tilt unit back.Freezer/fridge set to middle setting.

From my understanding there is a drain tube and excess water drains down onto a tray above the condensor/motor and evaporates.

It was re gassed a couple of months ago

Local service centre are as much use as a chocolate teapot, any ideas?

Aside from this fridge/freezer working well
