Choosing Bathroom Suite

Hi

I'm having a new bathroom suite put in and have been thinking about buying one from Tesco Bathrooms. The prices look good and each "package" includes everything needed ie including taps etc.

I am wondering if they are Ok quality wise - does anyone have any experience of their ranges?

Also I was wondering if anyone could advise what types of things to look out for. Are there anyways to assess the quality of one suite over the other?

I run a Maintenance Company and buy quite a few bathroom suites over the course of a year. We do a lot of installs for Landlords who always want low cost. I have found that my local independent plumbers merchants are good value. I can get the same Milano Suite for less than £200 and we tend to upgrade the taps from the 'contractors standard' and still get change from £230.

Might be worth checking your local independents.
