Paint for textured ceiling
We have a very textured ceiling which needs painting. I can tell already that normal paint will splash everywhere. We've considered buying the Polycell stuff - I think it's called "smoothover" but it's quite pricey and I don't know anyone who's used it. So if anyone has any opinions or ideas, please share them!

Building a new house on garden
Hi all, I'm after some words of wisdom. We live in a semi-detached property in a desirable village. We bought the house in 2006 and soon realised the potential for further development.
