Need help identifing my uPVC window gearbox...

Hi All,

The gearbox for my uPVC window is broken and I need to get it replaced. The problem is that I do not know where to buy a replacement. Can someone help me identify this gearbox & rod using these pics of it:

It is 80cm in length

It doesn't have any manufacturer markings on it and my google searches have amounted to nothing.

The website states that customers can send them the pic of their gearboxes and they will select the most appropriate gearbox.
