curtain drop measure from top of heading tape or bottom?
Hi, I am looking at a pair of curtains on John Lewis which states a drop of 132cm which is 52" ? Will this measurement have been taken from the bottom of the heading tape thus making the overall length of curtain 54" (standard size). I am hoping so because 54" would be perfect length for my window... Thanks in advance!
