hi, ive got condensation trouble in the loft "another post" i may need vent tiles fitting in the roof, but how many would i need to fit please? do they go on both sides of the roof, how high up etc? its a 3 bed detatched, about 8 metres x 5 metres. many thanks in advance

I have a leak coming from the bit that attaches the u bend to the toilet. My question is stupid, so I apologise in advance, but how do i get the water out of the toilet and empty so I can get a new pipe and seal bit put on? Also if I was to call a plumber to do this, would it be expensive?
