Unsolicited Home Insulation
Had a visit from a sales chap offering loft insulation for £199. Explained to him that I can get it for that price from our supplier. He rang up later and said he could do a deal (he mumbled £149) and if I agreed to a survey he could hold the price for me. Fine but I DON'T want it doing. Anyway he never turned up for the…

We've been had
I used to sit and watch those programmes where home owners were stitched up by cowboy builders and plumbers and would say how could they have been taken in. Well, we were victims of cowboys.
