Tree causing damage to neighbours paving slabs
I've got a tree in my garden and the roots are causing damage to my neighbours paving slabs, anyone know how I can best deal with this? obviously the most cost effective method. sorry I don't know the variety of tree.

Karndean Knight Tile or Amtico Spacia?
We are looking at Karndean or Amtico Spacia for our kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen is quite large (37 m2) so our budget is around £20 per m2. We have four kids so the floor will get a battering! Which is better, the Karndean Knight Tile or Amtico Spacia? Thanks in advance :D

Should I accept my free Cavity Wall Insulation?
I have qualified for free cavity wall insulation through the Warm Front scheme, the guy came to measure up the other day. I am awaiting a phonecall giving a date for installation..... Am i right in thinking these should be serviced yearly? I have recently bought a flat and it looks like it hasn't been serviced since it was installed about 6 years ago. If so what are the cost i should expect? thanks
