Am i right in thinking these should be serviced yearly? I have recently bought a flat and it looks like it hasn't been serviced since it was installed about 6 years ago.
If so what are the cost i should expect?
thanks

most pressurised hot water system needs to be serviced once a year. Price depends where you live but should take under an hour.0

Does it have an anti corrosion anode fitted? If so it may need checking/replacing. Other than that, there probably isnt much else that needs doing.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

I can see why a gas boiler might need cleaning / servicing once a year, but what is the work scope for a pressurised system? No requirement listed in my system manual.

Hi,
I know i posted this ages ago but i never got round to servicing it. I have an anti - corrosion anode fitted , the light used to be orange but has now gone red. I assume this isn't good.
Can anyone recommend someone to service it? I don't want to get ripped off.0
