Help, am trying to install a commercial gas cooker in new kitchen for work. Been told needs 40kw/hr of gas. Problem is, the premises only has a gas pipe that can supply 29kw/hr of gas. Will this cause the cooker not to work, or will it just have low pressure? Will it be OK if we only used oven and 2 burners??? advice…

fencing question
When erecting a dividing fence between gardens, is it correct that you should present the best side to your neighbour? My son has just put up a fence in his front garden and put the good side to himself but his neighbour has gone ballistic over it. he has paid the full cost himself. answers appreciated thanks.

Washing machine taps - Any decent ones?
I have to replace the washing machine taps every few months. The coloured plastic tops break and then won't turn at all. I have looked for some better quality ones but can't find any. I can't believe that there is only one type available. Can anyone point me in the direction of some decent ones please?
