electrics...whole house RCD?
If you already have a consumer unit with miniature circuit breakers for all circuits, is it necessary (for safety) to have a whole house RCD - which will shutdown everything? Andy

Ikea kitchen with B&Q worktops?
Does anyone know if you would be able to fit B&Q worktops on to an Ikea kitchen or has anyone else done this and it has all worked ok? I want to order my Ikea kitchen this week, but I just prefer the range of B&Q laminate worktops to Ikeas. Any advise greatfully received. :D

Is it true i need 2 doors between a Kitchen and a Bathroom?
I have a bathroom next to my kitchen and there was 2 doors there, now it's just a door frame and a small square area which we use for coats etc. Now i've heard somewhere that i need 2 doors between a kitchen and a bathroom. Is this true and if i come to sell wil it be an issue? Thanks

Help! Expanding foam down the sink!
Was using some of the expanding foam, fill up the big gaps stuff the other day, which is brilliant and works a treat. However friend then washed stuff out into the sink!!!! Now the sink is blocked............any suggestions please? (Can't access the ubend under the sink due to boxing in.)
