Just wondering roughly what would be the premium on an end of terrace property which is identical to the mid terraces. Any opinions would be gratefully received.

Doesnt remortgaging cost you more in long run?
Just thinking... most people remortgage when their fixed term is up.. but doesnt this end up costing you more as the first few years you are mostly just paying off interest so the amount you owe will never go down if you never get past the first few years of the loan??

Hi, I have had an offer accpeted on a property and am currently at the stage of having the survey done. I have just read elsewhere on MSE that any searches that are in the HIP will need to be redone if they are over 3 months old. I have a copy of the HIP and it was complied on 20/03/09. My question is, will these searches…

Valuation of house contents - reaasonable fee
I have to get the contents of a house valued, as I am executor for a Will. What would people expect to pay for this sort service? I…

Buying a house without planning permission
We are currently considering making an offer on a house. It is a repossession and as such I have been doing some digging.
