Can anyone recommend a large (7.5T) self drive van hire company for moving house?
As per title really - looking to hire a 7.5T (max available on standard pre 97 UK license) van - preferably in Sussex/Surrey area? Cheers, Andy PS - Considered putting this in "I wanna buy it or do it" - thought here was more appropriate.

Can't believe my own stupidity
So we decide to be completely honest, and put down on the solicitor forms that we had the kitchen door (leading to an external covered alleyway - terraced house) moved about 6 inches along when we refitted the kitchen. Thought at the time it didn't need building regs, certainly the kitchen's contractors did not advise us…

'Bemused'....or should that be 'Gutted'
Brief background......have sold our property STC, and buyers are pushing for completion. Have had the survey done, which was fine, except that the lender has now come back to…

What can I do if house value is just over 250,00
Estate agents have valued our house at around £255,000, but say we should put it on at £249,999 to attract more buyers so they have to pay 1% stamp duty rather than 3%. I want to get maximum value for our house, so are there any options for me to consider as I don't want to lose money! Thanks
