Compensation for Eurotunnel travel?
Have just returned from France on euro tunnel and had significant delays both ways. First one was due to electrical fault on the train we were on second remains a mystery and just described as an incident in the tunnel. Does we have any rights similar to the flight delays discussed on this forum?

OK regulars will be aware this forum is now getting totally clogged up with stupid repeat questions over and over again because nubes can't be bothered to read thru the relevant threads. Flight Diversion/Delay
In 2007, I was on a flight from Spain to Birmingham when it came to the attention of the flight attendant that there was a crack in one of the windows. The flight was diverted to Barcelona, where we remained grounded for about 3-4hrs. We were informed that there were no planes available to continue our journey and were…

Hi Sorry for not posting this directly on the Thomson thread but I find things soon get buried! We are currently suing Thomson for a delay back in 2008. Aer Lingus Compensation - What are my chances?
This operator seemingly is highly reliable re no delays, but me and my mum travelled with them the first time last month and had a disappointing experience. Travelled from london. Who does the CAA answer to?
Clearly the CAA in their preliminary "release" of listed ECs are running rough shod (in my view unlawfully) over the whole 261/2004 Regs. What government body does this industry dictated quango answer to? Is it time we now started writing to our MPs and/ MEPs to inform them of the scandalous activities of the CAA?

Ryan air flight delay FR8247 18.08.13
Hi, I just wondered if anyone has recently been delayed on Ryanair flight FR8247 on 18.08.13 and is going to seek compensation. Wizzair Flight Delay Compensation
Hi, I was on a flight with Wizzair from Warsaw to Doncaster that was delayed over 3 hours.
