Can't find paperwork

Hi
I flew from Liverpool to Bremen (Ryanair) in May 2010; my flight was delayed for just over 6 hours (I vaguely remember being offered a £5 voucher which just about bought be a bottle of coke!). I have searched my email inbox and cannot find the e tickets or any email confirming my booking - I must have cleared it when I was having a email clearout session. What are my chances of claiming considering I have no evidence aside from the data that is attached to my passport?! I was thinking of emailing Ryan Air to see if they would send me a copy of my e-ticket but not sure they will comply.
Thanks, Laura

If you believe the Daily Mail they charge around £60 to reprint tickets. That gum you like is coming back in style.0

Woah! That's extortionate!
Thanks for reply though :-)0 -
Post on Ryanair thread. If you are sure of the delay of 3 hours plus and you have the passport details commence the claim. I presume you have date and therefore you should also be able to find out flight details/ number etc via flightstats.0

Or indeed the Guardian:
