Hi

I am trying to connect with any other pax, who may of been on this flight delayed over 24hrs.

TCX 325 27th April 2013 actually departed 28th April

Any help greatly appreciated

Is this the one that was delayed twice with a total of 24 hours with 2 broken down planes? From Cancun to Manchester? Me and my husband were on this flight returning from our honeymoon. We tried to get compensation from Thomas Cook but they refused... the first plane due to take us was stuck in Cuba and once the new pilot flew in he had to rest before flying us back to Mancheter? This delay was 15 hours. When we got to the airport at a stupid early time for the new flight this one was delayed 1 hour. We then got on the plane, it pulled back from the gate and then went back forward to stop.... apparently it had dropped its hydrolic fluids on the grounds and then there was a further delay of 8 hours?? they kept telling us for the last 2 hours that it would be leaving soon. We didnt lose any money from work but we had to take another day from our annual leave. We were really not happy. One broken plane is annoying but can be dealt with but 2 planes is ridiculous and we think we deserve compensation. for the first delay of 15 hours we got put up back in our hotel but the next 9 hours was spent at the airport. Have you had any luck? We aren't sure how to take it further!!
