Hi We were Delayed september 2012 from Manchester to Lanzerote for 3hr 30min due to tecnical fault and after reading on here I made a claim at the begining of July 2013 and have just recived a voucher for 3 Adults for £1050 which i refused and they are making a payment for the amount into my Bank account. Success thanks to all on this MSE.:beer:
