I've always used my electric grill for toasting bread. However, I've been told that a toaster uses less energy. I live alone so only need a two slice one. I also want a deep slot one so that I don't need to turn the bread (which will use more energy). Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Solar Panels
We have both solar panels and photovoltaic panels. Over the summer months we don’t use gas or electricity but we still have to pay the, now enormous, standing charges!
