Solar and vat cut

We ordered a solar install before the budget so the quote included vat. It won't actually be installed until April 14th though.

Can anyone tell me whether I should still be invoiced for vat on this?

Would really appreciate people's thoughts on this.

It is a little complicated if you have already paid a deposit having received a VAT invoice, but for anything you have not already received or paid, then if there is no longer VAT on those products and services the balance will certainly be free of VAT.
