Just spent past hour trying to email complaint to British Gas.
The published email address comes back. (customercomplaints@britishgas.co.uk)- this email account is not watched click on link- when you do site is down.
I have tried Daily Telegraph suggestion of CEO but that says email address unobtainable.
Can any one help please?
