Bulb Energy and SMETS1 meter
I moved to Bulb Energy in 2018 with a British Gas installed smart meter that immediately became a dumb meter upon moving to Bulb. I've had huge problems with Bulb ever since and largely I think because the opening reading on the electricity meter "night" reading was incorrect. Bulb has been unable to rectify the problem…

Welcome pack said my SVR tarrif would be 4.187p per Kwh. But my new online account is saying that my SVR tarrif is 7.517p per Kwh. I thought the energy cap will not be increasing…

Third party smart meter data - Who?
I've read on a couple of threads that there are TP's who can provide you with lots of additional data from your smart meters, but I can't recall who they were, of if they are APP only or web-based? Are they free? Is there a web-based one, that will link to my SMETS2 gas and electricity meter records, that I can access, and…

The backbill was first issued in 2013 and has been on a payment plan ever since. Are bills like this considered to be part of the legislation changed in (I think) 2016 : The bill…
