You are about double the average.
A winter month is a little more than a summer - more lights, in more ...............
Do you have an electric shower ?
Read your meter daily, keep a log and find where that energy is being used for ?
I assume 550 KWH is from your own readings and not suppliers estimates .Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill2 -
We have an app and that what it showing 😡 and no we don't have electric shower
also gas cooker0 -
Hi @redginger44
can you list your electric appliances?0 -
Immersion heater accidentally left switched on?Do you have actual meter readings a year apart that differ by 6254kWh? Extrapolating from a month ot two's usage isn't really valid, nor are estimated readings.Make sure you are relying on hard facts, not mere guesstimates.1

@redginger - Can we have readings from the actual meter please - the one in the garage or meter box not the IHD in your kitchen. I assume you have been reading your meter at least monthly and that yo gave readings to your supplier when you moved in.
Give us readings from recent bills please and include the letters A, C E or cust read etcNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -

Switch that underfloor off !Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill7

Forget the App - look at your actual bills and divide the power used by the number days it covers and note that number on each bill.Ageing fridges and freezers are a common cause of high leccy bills of1
