I started to transfer my energy supplier from Bulb to Avro. I have received a Direct Debit form from Utility Point using the same way of miss-spelling my name as Avro. What's going on?

British Gas Email
Received an email today from British Gas telling me how well they're doing during the current lock down and exhorting me to check that I'm on the best tariff. I followed through the process and what do you know? The cheapest quote they gave me was £212.97 MORE per annum than I currently pay them. Didn't they do well!
