new edf tarriff v5

i recently joined edf, currently on simply online one year fix jun21. todays mse email says a new v5 of this, available thru mse, should be better, but cant see how to compare - the mse engine offers me the one im on, not a v5, and edf say they dont have online specials on their system. i realise there’s a potential dual fuel penalty of £75 but can anyone help or tell me the two rates compared. many thanks - first time ‘forumer’ !

Their live chat says that they have tariffs exclusive to comparison sites.

Simply Online 1 Year Fix Jun21v5 was launched on 5 June 2020.

When I set my current supplier within the Cheap Energy Club  as EDF and the tariff as simply online one year fix jun21 for both gas & electricity, I can see the MSE special tariff of v5.

If you need someone to double check your issue, if you advise us of the first part of your postcode, confirm whether or not you have gas, and whether you have single rate or E7, someone can check to see why you may have an issue.
