Action at end of OVO 2 year deal?
Hi I moved my electricity and gas to OVO on the MSE 2 year deal in March 2018. I've just had the OVO email saying the contract is ending and what would I like to do now. Interestingly the attached PDF only discusses new electricity plans with no mention of gas tariffs? Anyway, may I ask what other folks who moved to OVO…

Given the wrong information from NPower twice
My fixed rate expired at the end of July. I contacted NPower on Monday evening and I was advised to move to the Price Fix April 2021. Meter Readings
Hi all I am a bit perplexed by the electricity meter in our new house - it has one dial with a selecting button that allows you to scroll through multiple separate readings. Two of these readings obviously correspond to our electricity usage, and I assumed one was "low" and the other "high", but when I checked the bill it…

Are the "Top 6" ever cheaper?
I've changed electricity supplier 3 times via uswitch or the MSE club, and the top 6 companies are never really usually in the top 10 cheapest quotes (I'm electric only). You would think with their greater buying power and economies of scale, they would be cheaper. Is this the same with others?
