Overcharged?
Hello, does anyone know if there is a way to ascertain whether I am being overcharged for my electricity supply? I've been paying £78 per month for a one bedroom flat - and EDF would want me to put it up as they say it's not enough to cover the usage! It's two of us living here, and we have the usual appliances - pc,…

I stopped using the economy 7 tariff some time ago because I was…

I'm currently with edf was on prepayment but have changed to normal meter on variable in the last two weeks, last year I spent £2090 on the prepayment meter. I only have electric. nPower Dual Fuel Account
Hello Has anyone else had a problem with nPower and them creating a duel fuel account? Brief details are as follows: I moved house in Jan2013 and kept nPower as my provider even though the new property was supplied by a different vendor. Oh how I wish I hadn't made that decision. All the usual thing happened, e.g. taking a…

British Gas smart meters and switching suppliers
Morning all, I have a 'what would you do' scenario for you. We have BG coming round this weekend to fit a smart meter after hassling us about it for ages. Query regarding M&S Fix & Save
Hi Guys I have tried contacting them, but have little joy, so before I try again, I wondered. Do any of you who may have switched to M&S Fix & Save know when we are to give meter readings? It doesn't have an alert system as such, so should I just give on once a month? Or what? It gives me an estimated billing date but…

Cheap Energy Club Cashback Limit
My apologies if this has been asked before - and I'd ask it directly if either site concerned offered an enquiry form or a non-premium-rate contact number. I would like to switch to an SP tariff offering "£100 Cashback" but I've already switched with the basic £30 cashback in the last 12 months. Do I get any Cashback if I…
