we have lived in our new place since 9th December 2009 and I have just looked at the meter readings. My electric is now 00.15 pence per KW for the first xxxwhatever and then goes down to 10 pence per kw. Gas gas is 00.03 pence for the first 1, 143 kw and then drops to 00.02 .
