yearly cost don't match

On checking capped price until Dec 2009 I find that the electricity is about 50 % higher than my current clickenergy4 tarrif and the gas is about 30 % higher .These figures seem to conflict with figures badied about and make it mush less attractive to cap.Are my findings wron or are BG just taking the proverbial P***?

Just capped my elec/gas but got a better deal
