I have been an EDF customer for over a year now and I have realised that my electricity bill has been based on estimates. I never query my bills and always pay the required amount. HUGE electricity meter reading
Hi all, we moved house about 8 months ago and had a new meter put in by British gas. Since then they have estimated 2 readings, the first being around 700 and the second for February around 1800. This all seems fine as the bill was just over £100 for the quarter. However, after looking at the meter, the reading is about…

I want gas central heating!
Our house is currently all electric (Economy 7) and the running costs are astronomic. I'm seriously thinking of getting gas c/h installed, but one or two things concern me. How much should I reasonably pay for a system (including installation costs) covering 4 average bedrooms, a bathroom, a largish hallway/stairs, a large…

Can anyone, please, possibly e-mail me any letters they have received from E-ON or other…

British Gas Final Bill
I switched from British Gas to Scottish Power at the end of January, at that time I was £95 in credit. I got a letter telling me to call them, which I did. they said they wanted a final metre reading. Detecting a trick, I told them I'd already told Scottish Power, which I had, and refused to give it to them. I then asked…

Even after phoning them and they…
