E-ON customer service letter

Hello!

Got an interview soon with E-ON as a customer service adviser!

One of the exercises I will be asked to participate in, will be writing a letter to an existing customer, whether it's regarding a complaint or query, I'm not sure.

Can anyone, please, possibly e-mail me any letters they have received from E-ON or other gas & elec providers, which will give me a valuable insight on how to deal with customer service issues (of course scrub off any account and address details:p

I applied for a job at E.on for customer service specialist and i just passed my telephone interview...The next step is a role play, writting exercise and face to face interview..Has anyone gone through this step??? if so i will need some backup view to assist me on that day.. i would really appreciate if some cam help out with what i will be expecting
