Does anyone have any ideas on how to use econmony 7 to its full effect as I have just moved into a new flat and it has economy 7 heating.
The lounge has it with a built in electric heater (boost) and the bedroom has it as well.
What the best temp to have it on in the winter and the summer any help would be realy usefull

Guess your referring to Storage Heaters???
Check their user manual ........... but if memory serves me correctly, the temp setting that was hidden under a flap on the one I had in my flat .......... many moons ago was to do with the 'RELEASE' of the stored energy, during the day?
Your looking for a room temp of about 21 degrees ................. so depending on room size, you'll have too set the dial accordingly ............. again refer to the user manual. If you have NO MANUAL ........... you'll just have to 'Suck it and see' ............ until you get it right .................. that is presuming we are talking about Storage Heaters????
As for SUMMER time .............. (do we still get them?) ...... you do not need heating, so SWITCH IT OFF;)
