Alpha boiler problem/repair

I have an Alpha gas boiler and its not working. The A and B lights are both flashing and the pressure on the gauge is below the green section. Can anyone give me some advice or recommend an engineer in the Moray area? Cheers

Hello There,
If the A and B lights are flashing alternately (one after the other) - then your system likely needs re-pressurisation and can be fixed yourself by following these instructions on our website:

If you are still having problems and your boiler is still under warranty, please feel free to call our technical helpline on 0870 300 1964 who may be able to help you over the phone, or send an engineer out if the problem cannot be resolved. If you'd like to find out if your boiler is still under warranty, feel free to give me your serial number and I will check for you.
