missed calls from TWO job agencies!

My partner is on income based JSA and has been offered 2 weeks work with an agency. We don't know if there would be any more work after these 2 weeks. If, after those 2 weeks there was no more work how would this work for JSA, as would have to close claim for those 2 weeks. Would we have to do complete new claim again?
