Shift work & paternity...

Hi,
I work shifts (7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off), I have put in for 2 weeks of paternity. Will one week equal to one set of 7 days?
This will result in me having 4 weeks off.
Thanks,
Dan

I would expect it is literally 2 weeks from when you go on paternity, how these shifts land are how they land, of course you may get 4 weeks of but if only statutory you will get alot less money for this time.Don't trust a forum for advice. Some businesses have extra paternity, but the normal is two weeks off, not 14 working days.0
