Shift work & paternity...

Hi,

I work shifts (7 on 3 off, 7 on 4 off), I have put in for 2 weeks of paternity. Will one week equal to one set of 7 days?

This will result in me having 4 weeks off.

Thanks,
Dan

  • I would expect it is literally 2 weeks from when you go on paternity, how these shifts land are how they land, of course you may get 4 weeks of but if only statutory you will get alot less money for this time.

Some businesses have extra paternity, but the normal is two weeks off, not 14 working days.
  • Thanks for the help.
