I posted an item recorded and the buyer has opened a dispute to say theyve not had it. Apparently it was refused but hasnt come back to me. Will paypal still settle in the buyers favour even tho theyve refused delivery?

Why are private sellers allowed to get away with this?
Failed to register as a business and undercutting the business sellers by miles. Winds me up rotten they get away with it with such a large amount of stock. Things to Consider: PayPal only offers fraud protection when buyers send payment to "verified" paypal sellers. If you make payment to a non-verified seller, chances of recovering funds are minimal. how do you know whether the seller is a verified paypal seller? thanks in advance.

I want to sign up for ebay.nl but can't get past the registration sign up. It wont accept a UK postcode, it just says its invalid.
