I posted an item recorded and the buyer has opened a dispute to say theyve not had it. Apparently it was refused but hasnt come back to me. Will paypal still settle in the buyers favour even tho theyve refused delivery?
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.

I should imagine (and am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong) that paypal will settle in the buyers favour as the tracking details you give them will not show as delivered.
Have you had any communication with the buyer? Have you questioned them as to why they refused delivery? Maybe nobody was in when the postie tried to deliver and he did not leave a card so after the 7 days it would automatically be sent back, dont know if they would class it as a refusal though."You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0 -
Exactly what does the tracking show? If it shows as refused then you should be able to win the case if you hassle paypal enough. However if it hasn't tracked to delivery you lose. Who told you th eitme was refused BTW?

The buyer told me they refused it and are now ignoring me.
