Things to Consider: PayPal only offers fraud protection when buyers send payment to "verified" paypal sellers. If you make payment to a non-verified seller, chances of recovering funds are minimal.

Where did you read it? Sounds outdated, buyer protection applies whether the seller's verified or not.Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.

It's pretty easy all they need to do is tell the people who maintain the website. The thing is this is Paypal, like banks (don't talk to me about Barclays :mad:) they have an inability to sort out the simple things.0
