6 year debt rule - does it apply?
I have a retail business and lease a shop. My landlords recently told me that they have been incorrectly invoicing me for rent for over 6 years. I therefore have quite a large back rent bill to pay. Would i be correct to say that they are only entitled to recoup from me underpayment from the last 6 years?

Do Experian reports mark your credit file?
I was about to request a free experian report before applying for a barclaycard and thought... Will this mark my file at all - making it less (or more?) likely I would be accepted? Banks love to know every seemingly pointless bit of information they can get their hands on and as a software developer myself I would log…
