MBNA have cut a load of staff....
.... mostly from collections - over 60 positions from there alone. Not really relevant to money saving I expect, but people will either get less calls, or more from the outsourced offices in India. Frontline customer service is also being hit - so dont expect any courteous people if you need to call.
