My query is, if I was to successfully reclaim the money I have paid to the DCA in question and they were to then sell the debt onto someone else to try and claim it would the payments which I had made over the past few years be wiped out?…

Ebay novice

I was just this morning looking for a new lap top battery on ebay for the first time and was bombarded with a million odd…

Npower - Offer to pay.
Hello everyone Can anyone tell me whether Npower HAVE to accept an 'offer to pay'. I have a £1077 bill, which was basically run up over a period of year, because they kept underestimating, and (of course) I fell behind with payments because I lost my job etc etc. Also I asked them to allow me to set up a DD which they…

Cold callers/ Debt collection
The address at which I live is being plagued by constant callers who won't disclose who they are. They are looking for a previous resident who has long since left, and despite my having told them this a million times, they call at least 2 times a day to ask for the same person. I have tried being nice, understanding,…

SOA Sticky?
I've seen so many people posting to say that there's a sticky explaining how to produce an SOA that I've started telling people that it's there.
