Does CCA cover Overdraft debt

Does anyone know if a CCA letter will cover an overdraft debt. This has been talked about on other threads but I m not sure if it does. If it doesn't cover overdraft debt I don't want to send one and provoke them into more sever action. Anyone sent a letter for an Overdraft debt?

Hi
Do you have the information that says overdrafts covered.
Or does anyone know if CCA covers overdrafts. If not is there any other legislation that can be relied upon. I think I will send CCA letter anyway but I m not sure that they ll go for it.
As a side note what is the difference between a borrower and the Bank agreeing overdraft and the borrower and Bank agreeing overdraft.
Thanks,
