Morning all.. sorry I haven't been around this morning and didn't start the chat thread.. have been busy working on a song idea and trying to get the hang of the worst music editing program I've ever used.. :rotfl:

  • Morning all!! Grey old day here today.

Off out as soon as the washing machine stops - almost went out when I first started it - good job I didnt, it started a grinding noise and I knew it meant that some underwiring had come out and was trapped between the drum and the outside of the drum - yep! Had to use mole grips to get it out, it was well and truly stuck, dread to think what might have happened if I'd have gone out, it was a right old nasty noise!

    Morning All
Great news about Ste's Dad and amazing he might be out so soon. Yep its grey grey here too Keren, I need some sunshine...feel so depressed when its just grey like this and I have no motivation to do anything.
Must go and cook some soup for me and DD for lunch then get her to nursery before I need to be at work. I will look forward to September when she gets free nursery place will save me £150 a month.
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Given that your washing machine motor is about 1 horsepower, I think "little fragments of wire" would have been the outcome. Your drum takes few prisoners....
