Oooh new job Ste, what are u going to do?

I'm going back to uni on monday to finish my MSc (Earthquake and Civil Engineering Dynamics - or wobbly bridges :D ). I'll be back in June/July/August depending on when I finish my dissertation (and when my six month hangover finishes  ), hopefully with a grand or two extra on the salary!

I do the structural engineering for bridges, railway stations etc. All you need to remember is "Weight times length squared over eight", and the jobs a good one! :money:

Oh well that sounds easy. A lot easier than the second moment of area crap I had to do...

Sounds good Ste, sometimes the bit of paper is worth it :)

I'm at mum's work trying to fix her archaic computer, very bored. I don't even get paid, unless I can invoice her without my name on it - complicated huh.

The interest rates have gone down 0.25% again :D £20 more for us per month

  • Oh had some bad lettrs throght the post

First letter was from bank saying loan couldnt be paid out this month so they are charging us a fee of a returned payment. WHY? I hate this:mad: Seems to happen each month no matter how hard we try to save!

Second letter was from my work saying they overpaid me by £200 so over the next 2 mths they will deduct £100 from my monthly pay! Oh Im livid! £100 is a lot for us:mad:

So looks like although my hubby and I have booked holiday in April/May we will be staying at home with the kids .

Anyone out there cheer me up?
