CCA & Mobile Phone Contracts
Hope someone has the answer here. I have asked a creditor to provide a CCA. It relates to a defaulted Orange account. Letter back states that mobile phone contracts are not covered by CCA and therefore don't have to provide. Any ideas guys? Dave
