CCA & Mobile Phone Contracts

Hope someone has the answer here. I have asked a creditor to provide a CCA. It relates to a defaulted Orange account.
Letter back states that mobile phone contracts are not covered by CCA and therefore don't have to provide.
Any ideas guys?

My wife has defaulted with Orange and has been passed to a DCA and I was wondering the same thing.
Any ideas from anyone out there?
Surely there must be some sort of CCA that is signed?0 -
I have just done the same. Apparantly mobile phone contracts are governed by Contract Law. You can ask them for Subject Access Right (SAR) for your information instead.0

mobile phones not covered cos they are a service, so no point in requesting CCA.
You could SAR them, costs £10, and it would let you see where all the charges have come from.More than Two Years in
