Hello

Hello
I have to say I am a newcomer, and have had a wake up call regarding debt.
I have joined up as a MS and taken on 5 jobs so far making myself £38 clear since 10/9/07 ....:T .hoping to improve on this every month. Thanks to this site.
And tomorrow I step cautiously into the unknown world of Car Bootsales.

Since finding this site I have thoroughly enjoyed reading the idea's, and above all the kindness shown to all, kindness with a tough common sense edge to it.

I have to say I have pretty much ignored money for years  but have had a wake up call recently and have decided to take my own finances in hand.

Thank you.

  • Hello

I havent got a clue whether im doing this right or not! i want to put up a post saying a brief bit about my various debts to see whether anyone can offer me any help and advice!

Im 21 years old and have approximately 10,000 of debt. 700 to capitol one which is 200 over the credit limit and i cant pay the minimum. 5300 to barclays career development loan which i cant pay the minimum of and 3500 to a managed loan with HSBC.

i have spoken the consumer credit counselling thingy and they are going to ring me tomorrow but at the moment im having default notices and im just really quite worried/scared/petrified. Any advice?

I don't have a job this second but thats only as of yesterday and i think i have a new one starting next week (fingers crossed)

Any help anyone can offer would be very gratefully received

    Thanks in advance

    Dan
